Weight, length, head and chest
Log length, weight, head and chest circumference in seconds. The chart shows each measurement on a green zone — the reference range for that month — so you can see the trend at a glance.
Read the trend, not a single dot
One measurement says less than the line they form together. Many babies lose a little weight in the first days and are back to birth weight by about two weeks. Plenty of babies roughly double their birth weight by 4–5 months and triple it by their first birthday, but healthy babies grow at different speeds. Your pediatrician will look at the curve over time.
Teething chart
Tap a tooth on the interactive chart when it comes through and Wobbly saves the date. The first teeth — usually the lower front ones — often appear around 6 months, though anywhere from about 4 to 12 months is common. Most children have all 20 baby teeth by age 3.

Questions parents ask
Which ranges does Wobbly use?
Each month in Wobbly's development calendar has reference ranges for weight, length, head and chest circumference. The growth chart shows your baby's measurements against them.
Is the growth chart free?
Yes. Growth, teething, vaccines and the solid food diary are all free.
My baby is outside the green zone. Should I worry?
Not necessarily. Ranges are guidelines, and the trend matters more than one measurement. Share your concerns with your pediatrician.
