Before you write

  • Subscription or billing question? The answer is probably on the Support page.
  • Writing from the app (Settings → Contact us) adds your app and iOS version, which helps us fix bugs faster.
  • Please don't send medical details about your baby — we can't give medical advice. Ask your pediatrician.
